I am in network with Aetna, Meritain, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UMR, United Healthcare, Cigna and Health Advocate EAP. For out of network or self-pay clients, the fee is $130 per 60 minute session. I can also provide a superbill for out of network clients to provide to their insurance company for reimbursement.
